I was meant to stay only 2 days then go to another hotel with friends, but chose to stay a week. The location was too convenient, walking distance to food, bars, and the beach. The hotel is clean, and the staff was very attentive. The place has a good feel, the pool is a delight. More of a relaxing place than a party place. Overall great experience.

We loved it here! Justine and the whole staff are very kind, welcoming, and helpful. I was ill for part of our stay and felt so at ease and at home staying here. Filtered water throughout the hotel was a major plus, as was the pool and complementary fruit. Peaceful and quiet, and yet very near the beach and all the shops, cafes, and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Our stay was wonderful! Justine at the front desk was very knowledgeable and helpful to find us all that we needed! The beach was literally 5 min walk and all of the restaurants and bars were nearby! The pool was great if you wanted to take a dip in the nighttime. The rooms were clean, and the AC helped keep us comfortable. Would definitely go back here! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience at Casa Ita. It is conveniently located and only a couple blocks away from Punta Zicatela's main road where you'll find pretty awesome spots for breakfast and dinner as well. Justine at the front desk made sure we had everything we needed and was super helpful with great suggestions. Would definitely stay there again when visiting Puerto.
