Reservations:

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel.

To ensure the safety and comfort of Hotel guests during their stay, we have clarified some guidelines.

Check in to the room is from 3:00 pm - Check out is until 11:00 am. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need to leave your bags early, or after check out. Generally, luggage storage after the scheduled time is possible until late afternoon on the departure date. Please speak to Viviana at check-in to make arrangements.

Guests receive the key card upon check-in at the front desk and are kindly requested to lock the rooms. Guests must give the keys to the receptionist upon departure. For your safety and the safety of others, we have installed surveillance cameras in all common and outdoor areas.

Rooms may only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception desk with a valid ID. Guests may receive visitors in their rooms who must register at the front desk and may not exceed the maximum occupancy per room. From 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. is the time of night peace. We invite all guests to be careful during this period and not to cause noise that may disturb other guests. Disturbing other guests is not permitted. The hotel reserves the right to refuse additional hospitality to a Guest who disturbs other Guests. The pool and terrace are open until 21:00. Glass containers are not allowed in the pool and terrace area. The kitchen is for employees only.

Pets are not allowed in the hotel at any time. Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms, only on the balconies, pool and deck area. Wi-Fi Internet is free and available throughout the hotel. The password is provided at the front desk.  If you need a maid service, please contact us in advance so we can coordinate the cleaning of your room.

We assume that Guests are familiar with and fully understand the Hotel Rules at the beginning of their stay. For your convenience we have provided a safe deposit box, located in your room closet. The hotel assumes no responsibility for any damage or loss of your personal belongings. In case of any loss, please inform Reception immediately. We suggest that you check the safe deposit box in your room upon your departure from the hotel.

All rooms are air-conditioned. Please note that the air conditioning will not work if the windows are open or not properly closed. All lights and appliances must be turned off when the room is not occupied. Staff also reserves the right to enter bedrooms to turn off lights and fans if left on while unoccupied.

Airport transfers are available upon request at the front desk. Any damage caused by the Guest to hotel property, the Guest must cover the cost of the damage to the Hotel. We accept payment in Mexican Pesos and US Dollars at the front desk on the day of arrival. All departures after 12:00 noon will be considered late check-out and an additional charge of $20 per hour will be applied to the Guest's hotel bill. If check-out is after 6 p.m. An extra night will be charged. Please check with Front Desk for further details.

If during your stay, for any reason, you need to check out earlier, it is necessary to inform Reception 24 hours before departure. Otherwise the full night's stay will be charged. In case of cancellation of an additional stay of a guest by the hotel due to misconduct and non-compliance with hotel rules, the hotel reserves the right to charge the full duration of the stay as booked.

In case of a fire alarm, please follow the instructions of the evacuation plan attached in the Reception area. Room inventory (pillows, blankets, towels) is not allowed to be taken out of the hotel.

The guest can cancel free of charge until 21 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 21 days before arrival. If the guest doesn't show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation .
